Q.Where is your company address, can I visit your company?

A.Our company is located at No. 506, Changwu South Road, High-tech Development Zone, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, with convenient transportation and 2 hours away from Shanghai Port. We welcome your visit very much.

Q.I am buying an amphibious excavator for the first time, how to install it? Can you provide door-to-door installation

A.Our products use a detachable structure, which is easy to assemble and even beginners can quickly complete the installation. We will provide customers with video guidance and installation instructions. If customers need it, we can also provide paid on-site technical support. The actual situation shall prevail.

Q.My driver has no driving experience, do I need to hire a professional amphibious excavator driver?

A.Amphibious excavators are essentially the same as ordinary crawler excavators. We will provide video guidance and operation instructions, and experienced drivers can master them with a little training.

Q.The amphibious excavator is much taller than the original ordinary crawler excavator. Do I need to change the long arm?

A.Yes, the amphibious excavator is higher than the traditional excavator, and most of the excavation work scenes are in the river, which has higher requirements for the excavation depth. Therefore, most of our customers will buy extended/long reach booms, which are generally about 2-3 meters longer than the original booms, so as to obtain greater digging height, digging depth and digging range.

Q.I want to convert my excavator into an amphibious excavator, what is the specific process?

A.You just need to tell us the model and brand of the excavator you need to refit. We have rich refit experience and excavator database. We have data for most models. A small number of special models need to provide CAD drawings of the central rotating part. If the manufacturer cannot provide relevant information, we will also assist you in measuring.

Q.What brands of excavators can you provide?

A.We have established good partnerships with domestic and foreign excavator brand manufacturers such as Caterpillar(CAT), Sany, XCMG, Liugong, Lingong, Hitachi, Doosan, Volvo, etc. We purchase and produce in batches, so we can provide customers with more cost-effective amphibious excavators.

Q.Which countries and regions are your products currently exported to?

A.Our products are currently exported to more than 30 countries and regions, covering Southeast Asia, Africa, America, Europe and Oceania, etc. The main export countries are Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Brazil, Nigeria, Colombia, South Africa, Poland, Australia, Singapore and so on.

Q.Can you provide customized services? My customer needs to add manholes, three rows of chains for each pontoon, and aluminum alloy track shoes, can you supply them?

A.Yes, we are the source manufacturer of amphibious excavators, and we can provide customized services according to the specific needs of customers.

Q.What payment methods do you accept?

A.We accept bank transfer, and letter of credit(L/C) at sight, etc. We can provide more favorable payment methods for long-term cooperation and high-quality customers.

Q.How long is the delivery time if I confirm the order and complete the payment? Do you have stock for fast shipping? How many sets of monthly production capacity

A.For amphibious excavator undercarriage under 20 tons, we will keep units in stock, and the general delivery time is 7-15 working days; for excavator pontoon undercarriage over 20 tons, the customized period is generally about 30 working days. Our regular monthly production capacity is about 20-30 units. If the customer’s demand is large, it can be flexibly adjusted according to the customer’s order quantity.

Q.How will my goods packed and shipped?

A.We have a professional packaging team who will choose the most suitable packaging form and choose the most reasonable and economical transportation method according to the actual order of the customer. If the customer has special needs for packaging or transportation methods, we can communicate in detail. Generally speaking, we provide transportation methods such as 20/40HC containers, 40FR frame cabinets, bulk ships, and ro-ro ships.

Q.How long is your product warranty period?

A.We provide 18 months or 2000 working hours warranty for the main part of our floating pontoon, 6 months or 1000 hours warranty for hydraulic motor and other components, 3 months or 500 working hours warranty for wearing parts, and other products are subject to actual warranty.

Q.What certifications and patented technologies do your products have?

A.Our products have passed the ISO9001-14001 quality management system certification, and obtained CE certification, and have more than ten independent research and development patent technologies. From raw materials, machining, blanking, bending, spraying, purchased parts, assembly and other aspects of quality inspection, each product needs to go through more than 80 strict quality inspections before leaving the factory to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Q.Can you authorize me to be your agent or exclusive agent?

A.At present, our agency right is only for our old customers. You can buy one of our products first. If you approve our products and services, we will authorize you and provide agency authority. We hope that the cooperation will be mutually recognized, mutually beneficial and sustainable.

For the first agency cooperation, we can sign a contract for one year and designate the cooperation area. If the cooperation between the two parties goes smoothly and achieves the expected goals, we will consider extending the time and area as appropriate. This is also a test and judgment of the willingness and ability of both parties to cooperate.

Q.What products and services does your company mainly provide?

A.We focus on the research and development of river dredging equipment, mainly including amphibious excavators, amphibious transport vehicles, amphibious exploration platforms, extended/long arms, hydraulic cutter suction pumps and related excavator attachments, etc. In addition, we are also a professional river dredging and equipment leasing company. We have participated in more than 200 major engineering projects in China, accumulated rich construction experience, and can provide relevant technical support for customer construction.
